Hello and thank you for landing here! I'm Sara, a registered yoga teacher with specialist training in the pregnancy and post-natal period, I'm also a Hypnobirthing instructor and Doula.
Pregnancy, birth and new motherhood is such a beautiful and, can be, challenging time, it's my absolute passion to support you to feel your best throughout.
I'm all about the research, and the classes and support I offer are all evidence-based to best support you towards feeling strong and empowered. I believe wholeheartedly in two things: 1) that every woman deserves to make informed choices about her birth every step of the way and 2) that birth can be an intense but simultaneously positive experience. What is it you want from your birth? I will lend a listening ear and advocate for your choices. I'll hold space for you to connect with your baby and yourself. How do you want to be supported? I am here for this very purpose ♡
