Service Description

♡ Tuesdays from 8:15-9:15 pm at the St Magnus Centre ♡ - It's best to wear clothes you can stretch in - Sterilized mats & props provided - Parking is provided but may be limited by other events on at the centre The St Magnus Centre is located in Kirkwall on Palace Road, just above the cathedral ♡ About the Class ♡ An in-person evening yoga class perfect for those with young children. The flows help you to continue to stabilize your core and regain confidence in your movements. This class is a great follow on from Mum and Baby Yoga and can be continued as long as you like as the exercise can benefit you years after giving birth. The class has a strong Astanga (and Vinyasa) base and is designed to provide equal opportunities for relaxation, strengthening and stretching out. Sara has 13 years of yoga experience and qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International in 2019. She fell in love with the refreshed feeling that strength-building flows practiced in warm temperatures can bring, but through the next decade came to also appreciate the relaxation, rest and deep stretching of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She brings her experience of managing and healing her own injuries through yoga into the sequences she teaches.
